Sensuous and moody painting of a woman playing the cello in blues and greens.
I have painted this image several times but each time in a different way. I really like the way the figure is standing and the general composition. This painting has a more pensive or moody look to it and I was trying for a more contemporary style of painting. There is quite a lot of texture in the painting which will also show up in any reproductions. This is a painting that I really like myself.
